Summary

 

The Product Demo COE Manager is the end-to-end owner of the Demo Center of Excellence, responsible for strategic leadership, operational excellence, and stakeholder alignment. The manager ensures the team delivers world-class, AI-enabled demo environments that accelerate sales and client engagement. This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application development and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.

Key Responsibilities

 

•    Define COE strategy, structure, and success metrics (uptime, time-to-demo, win rates, user satisfaction).
•    Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of cloud engineers, DevOps, SMEs, and analytics specialists.
•    Govern demo intake, triage, assignment, and delivery process.
•    Drive continuous improvement through metrics-driven retrospectives and process optimization.
•    Oversee cross-cloud environment provisioning, scenario enrichment, and GenAI integration.
•    Manage internal/external stakeholder engagement with Product, Sales, Infra.
•    Maintain budget and vendor relationships for infrastructure and tooling.
•    Represent the COE in executive forums and sales leadership reviews.

Key Responsibilities

 

•    Technical leadership experience (cloud engineering, DevOps, or pre-sales).
•    Proven team leadership in SaaS on industry environments.
•    Strong technical background in Azure/AWS, Terraform, and demo platform automation.
•    Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
•    Exposure to AI/GenAI preferred.
