Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
• Coordinate employee performance evaluation programs and provide guidance on performance improvement strategies.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
• Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
• Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with management to address organizational challenges and drive HR-related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in HR roles, with proven expertise in various HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.

Work Environment

• Fast-Paced, Challenging and rewarding work environment.
• Will require late evening work to overlap US work hours.
