Your role in our mission

  • Provide expert technical support by effectively communicating with customers in the India office to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Address user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking concerns within the India office.
  • Guide users through the installation of applications and computer peripherals, offering clear and concise instructions to the India office staff.
  • Customize desktop applications at the India office to align with user requirements.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate level of support personnel.
  • Follow up with clients within the India office to ensure the functionality of their systems post-resolution.
  • Report customer feedback and identify potential product improvement opportunities for staff at the India office.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation and manuals, emphasizing processes within the India office.
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform network layer 1 support (rack and stack, trace cables, etc.) services at the India office, ensuring robust and reliable network infrastructure.
  • Work on network switch configurations, including setting up new devices via command-line interface (CLI), upgrading IOS code, and port configuration within the India office.

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Network Support technician, or in a similar role, preferably within the country of India.
  • Hands-on expertise in Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments, specifically applied in the context of the India office.
  • Proficient knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, including printers and scanners, relevant to the India office.
  • Familiarity with network and network security practices, with a focus on the India office environment.
  • Capable of performing remote troubleshooting and providing clear, effective instructions, particularly for the India office.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills applicable to all activities within the India office.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent services.
