Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Marketing to lead and oversee all marketing projects  . The ideal candidate will bring a strong project management background, proven expertise in the healthcare industry, and hands-on experience in creative copywriting. This role will play a critical part in driving initiatives targeted toward the U.S. healthcare market, ensuring flawless execution, collaboration across marketing teams, and alignment with business objectives.

Your role in our mission

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, track, and deliver all marketing projects the project management system, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams (campaign, creative, content, and product marketing) to streamline execution of cross-functional projects.
  • Develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor deliverables.
  • Partner with creative stakeholders to review, refine, contribute to, and perform final quality checks on marketing copy and assets.
  • Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain smooth project workflows.
  • Provide stakeholders with regular updates, reports, and insights on project progress.
  • Champion project management best practices, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and integration with the marketing technology stack.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of program management experience, with proven success in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong background in working with marketing teams and marketing technology stacks (automation, analytics, CRM, content management, etc.).
  • Hands-on expertise with Wrike or similar project management platforms.
  • Creative experience in copywriting and content development with a keen proofreading eye.
  • Experience managing marketing initiatives for the U.S. healthcare market.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
