Summary
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality across call center operations, with a strong focus on CRM system. This role requires deep domain expertise in healthcare and call center processes. This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application development and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.
Your role in our mission
- Analyze requirements and identify test conditions.
- Design and prepare test cases, test data, and environments.
- Execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality.
- Log, track, and verify defects using tools like ADO.
- Perform regression and usability testing after fixes.
- Document results and share test reports with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 + years of overall experience.
- 2+ years of QA experience.
- SAFe practitioner/agilest/POPM certification is preferred.
- Strong experience in JIRA/ADO.Net.
- Strong experience in QA automations.
- Basic understanding of Contact Center operations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage work in remote environment.
- Ability to support US hours for the US State Clients.
