Job Summary

We are looking for a highly seasoned SAP Fieldglass Lead Consultant with deep expertise across Contingent Workforce Management (CWM), Statement of Work (SOW) / Services Procurement, and Worker Profile Management. The ideal candidate will lead multiple Fieldglass implementation and support engagements, drive solution architecture, and ensure seamless integrations with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors (SF).

This role demands strong leadership, hands-on configuration expertise, and the ability to engage senior business and IT stakeholders across global programs.


Your role in our mission:

SAP Fieldglass – Functional Leadership

  • Serve as overall solution lead for SAP Fieldglass implementations and ongoing support.
  • Own end-to-end delivery across:
    • Contingent Workforce Management (CWM)
    • Statement of Work (SOW) / Services Procurement
    • Worker Profile Management
  • Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Define and enforce global Fieldglass design standards and governance.

Implementation & Program Delivery

  • Lead multiple concurrent Fieldglass implementation projects across regions.
  • Manage project milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
  • Drive Fit-to-Standard / Fit-Gap workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Support rollouts, upgrades, and new module enablements.

Integration & Architecture

  • Design and support end-to-end integrations between SAP Fieldglass and:
    • SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Procurement, Payments)
    • SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Worker data)
    • External vendor systems and middleware (SAP CPI / PI).
  • Oversee data flows for:
    • Worker onboarding and lifecycle
    • Time sheets, expense sheets
    • Service entry sheets and invoicing
  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues and drive permanent fixes.

 

Support & Operational Excellence

  • Provide L3/L4 support for complex Fieldglass issues in a production environment.
  • Ensure stability of business-critical processes related to contingent labor and services procurement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and usability.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and internal controls related to contingent workforce and services spend.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to:
    • Procurement
    • HR
    • Finance
    • Legal and Compliance teams
  • Partner with system integrators, managed service providers, and external vendors.
  • Lead steering committee updates and executive-level communications.

Team Leadership & Knowledge Management

  • Mentor and guide junior Fieldglass consultants and functional analysts.
  • Review solution designs, configurations, and deliverables for quality.
  • Build and maintain:
    • Solution architecture documents
    • Functional design specifications
    • Configuration workbooks
    • SOPs and KT materials

What we are looking for:

Mandatory

  • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass across:
    • Contingent Workforce Management (CWM)
    • SOW / Services Procurement
    • Worker Profile Management
  • Proven track record of leading multiple Fieldglass implementations end-to-end.
  • Strong integration experience with:
    • SAP S/4HANA
    • SAP SuccessFactors
    • Middleware such as SAP CPI / PI
  • Deep understanding of contingent workforce and services procurement business processes.
  • Experience working in global, multi-country deployments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Fieldglass combined with Ariba or Guided Buying
  • Knowledge of financial postings, invoicing, and tax handling in Fieldglass
  • Prior experience in AMS + Project hybrid models
  • SAP Fieldglass or SAP Activate certifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • Relevant SAP certifications preferred
