Your role in our mission

As an SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth HR operations by managing system processes, addressing employee inquiries, and implementing system improvements. Your contributions will enhance employee experiences and drive the efficiency of HR operations.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the HR ticketing system by addressing and resolving employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting issues related to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring high levels of system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborating with HR and IT teams to implement SuccessFactors system enhancements, testing new features, and fixing errors.
  • Maintaining data accuracy and integrity across HRIS platforms and processes.
  • Generating and analyzing HR reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Providing end-user training and support to ensure seamless system adoption and usage.
  • Partnering with the People Operations team to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in data migrations, audits, and system integrations to support business needs.
  • Working within the assigned shift schedule (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) to support global teams effectively.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a proven track record in configuration, support, and system management.
  • Hands-on experience in managing HR ticketing systems, employee support, and system troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and their integration with HRIS platforms.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving system efficiencies and user experience.
  • Proficiency in generating reports and handling data with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Flexibility to work during the assigned shift hours (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST).
  • Availability to join within 30 days or earlier is highly preferred.
