Here are the details on this position.This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application development and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.

Your role in our mission

• Maintain in-depth understanding and hands-on experience in Finance & Accounting operations.
• Perform month-end close activities in line with financial reporting timelines.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L, flux, variance, and trend analysis.
• Develop insightful dashboards, KPIS using excel, Power BI/Tableau.
• Create clear, compelling, and data driven presentations for management.
• Present timely performance decks/PPT’s to finance leadership and business heads.
• Support adhoc analysis with accuracy and clarity.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Assume other activities and responsibilities related to GL as directed.

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree in finance, commerce, Management or Economics
• Minimum 5 years of experience with good understanding of accounting concepts, P&L, Balance sheet, GL, accruals, prepaid etc
• Knowledge on SAP is preferred and proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PPT.
• Experience in reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an added advantage .
• Good with numbers, and ability to work with large data sets and convert numbers into meaningful insights.
• High degree of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work across functions.
