Your role in our mission

Essential Job Functions

• Open and manage artifacts within ServiceNow/Azure DevOps
• Perform testing of inhouse reports and applications for iterative release activities
• Provide user training and build user guides/training material
• Actively involved with application/report upgrades and enhancements
• Helps to maintain and develop inhouse report/application knowledge base/Wiki
• Create documentation (e.g. User Guides, Release Notes)
• Analyze specification and requirements related to developed report/application
• Assist with access management leveraging AAD Groups

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related field preferred
• Five or more years of experience in in Azure DevOps/ServiceNow/Azure Active Directory or similar.

Other Qualifications

• Possess excellent communication skills
• Involved with implementing and supporting monitoring solutions and alerting on new and existing reports/applications
• Have managed User Access in AAD
• Responding to user requests and tickets related to our systems
• Administrative responsibilities, such as managing access to systems (e.g. AAD Groups)
• Create documentation on support processes for various systems
• Provide support of systems and overseeing escalations
• Collaborate with other Engineers, Creative/UX designers, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Business Analysts and Architects
• Keeps abreast of technology, customer needs and industry related trends
• Complete other duties, including special projects as assigned by Management.
