Your role in our mission
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations for business intelligence reporting.
· Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Provide support and maintenance for existing Tableau reports, including performance tuning, issue resolution, and user training.
· Participate in end-to-end project life cycles: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
· Engage in incident and change management processes related to Tableau environments.
· Develop and document best practices, technical specifications, and data standards.
· Leverage Power BI skills for complementary projects or in hybrid reporting environments when needed.
Required Skills:
· 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics roles.
· Expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server (publishing, permissions, scheduling, etc.).
· Strong, hands-on knowledge of SQL (including joins, subqueries, CTEs, performance tuning).
· Proven experience in handling both development and support aspects of BI projects.
· Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
· Solid understanding of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
· Exposure to Power BI and ability to contribute to dual-platform environments.
· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with other BI tools and ecosystems (Power BI, SSRS, Alteryx, etc.).
· Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools.
· Experience in working with global, cross-functional teams.
