Technical Product Owner (Pharmacy/PDL)

Summary

The Technical Product Owner (TPO) will oversee the development and delivery of healthcare products, particularly focused on Preferred Drug Lists (PDL). The TPO will translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring quality, compliance, and effective implementation.

Your role in our mission

• Define and clearly communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business and market needs.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring teams deliver high-value features.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Utilize expertise in PDL to guide product decisions and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze drug utilization data to identify trends and inform product enhancements.
• Generate and interpret reports related to drug utilization, compliance, and cost savings.
• Ensure rigorous testing and validation of products to maintain high quality standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, business, or project management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Owner.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, especially SAFe or Scrum.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with Preferred Drug Lists (PDL) or Pharmacy Benefits Management.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
