Your role in our mission

•    Perform basic manual testing to verify the functionality of software and ensure it meets business requirements and quality standards.
•    Develop and maintain automation scripts for regression and functional testing using tools like C# Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
•    Database testing: Validate and verify the integrity and consistency of data across different systems, write and execute SQL queries for data validation, and ensure data accuracy and business logic.
•    Conduct Web Service Testing using tools like Soap UI and Postman to validate APIs (both RESTful and SOAP), ensuring they function correctly and meet performance requirements is a plus.
•    Perform accessibility testing to ensure the product adheres to WCAG guidelines and is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
•    Good work experience in Claims module -QNxt or any insurance background.
•    Collaborate with development teams to design and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies.
•    Create, manage, and execute test cases, ensuring sufficient coverage of both manual and automated tests.
•    Identify, report, and track defects using Jira or other defect management tools.
•    Contribute to the creation of testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and reports.
•    Collaborate in an Agile environment, working closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure testing efforts align with project timelines and requirements.
•    Continuously improve the testing process by identifying opportunities for test automation, efficiency gains, and improving overall quality.
•    Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in automation, testing, and accessibility.

What You Should Expect in This Role

• Over all experience should be minimum 6+ years.
• Must Have Strong Testing Background with an intent to perform both manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on Experience in Selenium, Java (or) C#, Pro C, and TestNG.
• Postman/SOAP is a plus.

Good to Have:

• Healthcare or Insurance Domain background.
• Knowledge on Claims & QNXT.
