Summary
As a Test Manager at Gainwell, you will be performing design, development, testing activities. Supporting the full life cycle of development processes for creating services. Investigating and resolve complex business and technical product integration matters of significance. Focusing on a specific product or family of technologies in multiple platforms; functions independently within a business area and assists at the enterprise level to influence the technical decisions during various phases of the project.
Your role in our mission
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred
- Experience working with technical products, vendors, and families of technologies.
- Experience working with product configurations.
- Experience working with relevant software packages or classes of packages, and products within area of technical expertise.
What we're looking for
- Over all 10+ Years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Medicaid pharmacy operations, MMIS/MES systems, PBM functions, or pharmacy claims processing.
- Strong understanding of:
- NDC, HCPCS, quantity limits, and drug pricing methodologies
- Medicaid PDL, clinical PA criteria, DUR requirements
- Pharmacy benefit administration and reimbursement models
- Hands‑on experience with EDI transactions (837, 835, 278).
- Experience with test management tools and SQL for data validation.
- Familiarity with Gainwell, Conduent, Optum, Magellan, or other Medicaid pharmacy modules.
