Your role in our mission
Essential Job Functions
- Designs and delivers complex, comprehensive frontend solutions at the enterprise level using customized methodology and work products.
- Monitors and/or leads the product front-end, ensuring that the solution is sound, appropriate, and cost-justified, the components integrate properly, and the domains of change within the scope of the solution are addressed.
- Understands the customer business value associated with the deployment of business productivity and end-user applications. Provides the client with strategic product advice including product features, vendor recommendations and future direction of technology.
- Maintains current knowledge of emerging technologies that are new to company, clients, or the information technology industry as they relate to package-based application implementations.
- Participates in major proposal efforts and works with marketing and other appropriate departments.
- Influences client expectations and ensures client satisfaction at the account level.
- Compares solutions with other product development managers, vendors, and cross functional technical groups to ensure consistent product solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred
- Eight plus years experience with technical product configuration, design, and/or integration

User Interface (UI) Development:
Hands-on knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular framework.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision (Adobe is preferred) to visualize the layout and functionality of the product.Good to have:
Java: Proficiency in Java, particularly for back-end development. Understanding how to build and integrate RESTful APIs, and knowledge of frameworks like Spring Boot for building web applications.
Version Control/Git: Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, is crucial for managing code versions, collaborating with other developers, and maintaining a history of changes in a project.
Other Qualifications:
- Able to communicate clearly with UX team and module teams, during design meetings as well as assistance with coding and bug resolution
- Willing to help with Standards & Guidelines documentation (both updates and additions)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
