Your role in our mission

  • Procurement activities as it related to new business 
  • Purchase Orders creation
  • Vendor setup utilizing SourceCon
  • Vendor invoicing and payment escalation
  • Client billing and validation
  • Creation of monthly status reports for client 
  • Provides administrative support to the Account General Manager and other management staff.
  • Maintains calendars for managers.
  • Handles sensitive non-public information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Performs various administrative tasks such as typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, and sorting/distributing mail.
  • Assists with special projects, including recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.
  • Develops and distributes client reports via email.
  • Prepares drafts of general correspondence, department communications, reports and presentations.
  • Serves as a backup for the Provider Internet Help desk call center.
  • Assists with onboarding and offboarding of staff.

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant, including high school diploma or higher education
  • Proficient in MS products (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).  
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Ability to identify and solve problems in a creative way.
  • Possess strong administrative coordination experience.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.  Demonstrating your ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Ability to work independently with minimal work direction needed.  
  • Collaboratively work with all levels of management and staff.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.

What you should expect in this role

  • Fulltime Onsite office in Baton Rouge, LA
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $38,600.00 - $55,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
