Summary

Join our team supporting Louisiana Medicaid operations, where you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and service quality. In this role, you’ll document business requirements, map critical processes, and use data insights to improve performance, ensure SLA compliance, and align labor capacity with operational demand.

Your role in our mission

  • Gather, validate, and document business requirements while maintaining clear traceability.
  • Map and model processes across multiple operational areas, including Call Center, Provider Enrollment, and Prior Authorizations.
  • Support labor demand forecasting, capacity planning, and SLA management.
  • Develop and maintain Excel and Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and heat maps.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to quality and process improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma).
  • Assist with testing, issue resolution, and implementation of new processes.
  • Prepare clear reports and executive-level summaries to support decision-making.

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in business process support, analysis, or improvement.
  • Strong skills in process mapping/modeling, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
  • Prior experience with Medicaid or healthcare operations is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Frequent cross-functional teamwork and direct client interaction.
  • Work schedule is Monday through Friday, standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST), with flexibility to support critical project timelines and client deliverables

The pay range for this position is $41,400.00 - $59,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
