Your role in our mission

Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from clients and internal teams.

Support the creation of workflow diagrams, reports, and presentations to help visualize solutions.

Learn to evaluate business processes and recommend improvements under senior guidance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and QA staff.

Participate in testing, validation, and documentation of new systems or enhancements.
What we're looking for
We’re seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in a data-driven environment:

0–2 years of related experience, or recent graduate in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a similar field.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of business processes and project lifecycles.

Comfortable working in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; exposure to tools like Visio, JIRA, or SQL is a plus.

Curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for technology and process improvement.

The pay range for this position is $41,400.00 - $59,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
