Your role in our mission

  • Conduct On-Site Surveys: Perform site visits to healthcare provider facilities to assess compliance with enrollment requirements in accordance with CMS, state, and federal regulatory guidelines.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all site survey findings and observations.
  • Facility and Operations Review: Evaluate and document the physical infrastructure, equipment, and operational resources at each site to ensure alignment with standards.
  • Customer Interaction: Manage interactions with healthcare providers professionally, both over the phone and in person.
  • Effective Communication: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with providers effectively and produce clear, comprehensive reports.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze collected data to determine compliance outcomes (pass/fail) and identify areas of improvement.
  • Informed Decision-Making: Make sound, timely decisions regarding provider suitability for basic enrollment processes based on survey findings.
  • Regulatory Compliance Expertise: Communicate state and federal requirements to providers and document policies in accordance with specified guidelines.
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of key concepts and principles in the healthcare and/or insurance fields.

What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider enrollment, or compliance roles.
  • Ability to analyze provider documentation and site compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally to perform site surveys.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

What you should expect in this role

  • Hybrid position in Baton Rouge, LA region
  • This position requires 40% or more travel, some overnight and weekend travel will be required.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
  • Harver Assessment Requirement: As part of our interview process, all candidates must complete the Harver Assessment. This assessment helps us evaluate key competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.

The pay range for this position is $29,100.00 - $41,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
