Your role in our mission

  • Conduct On-site Surveys:  Visit healthcare provider facilities to assess compliance with enrollment requirements based on CMS/State/Federal regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all site survey findings
  • Review Provider/Facility Operations: Evaluate and document the physical infrastructure, equipment, and resources available at each site
  • Responsible for handling customer interactions over the phone and in person.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with healthcare providers and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Analyzes data to determine if requirement(s) are pass\fail. 
  • Makes sound and timely decisions on provider suitability for basic enrollment processes. 
  • Communicates state and federal requirements to providers and prepares documentation of the policies in accordance with specified terms.
  • Knowledge of the fundamental concepts and principles in the healthcare and\or insurance fields. 
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on progress and outcomes

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in public healthcare, healthcare administration or business-related field preferred 
  • Equivalent of a minimum of 2-3 years of combined education and relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience working with insurance practices
  • Experience working with organizational insurance procedures and policies
  • Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.

  • On-site position in Baton Rouge, LA
  • This position requires 40% or more travel, some overnight and weekend travel will be required.

The pay range for this position is $33,500.00 - $47,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
