Your role in our mission

Respond to inbound calls from healthcare providers in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist providers with questions related to claims, benefits, authorizations, and other service needs.
Accurately document call details and follow established processes to resolve issues.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with providers and internal teams.
Deliver service with a patient, positive, and solution-oriented attitude.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
Professional telephone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes.
Positive, patient, and team-oriented mindset.

What you should expect in this role

This position is onsite in Baton Rouge, LA, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid schedule after initial training and performance review.
Harver Assessment Requirement: As part of our interview process, all candidates must complete the Harver Assessment. This assessment helps us evaluate key competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
Work Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

The pay range for this position is $33,500.00 - $47,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
