Your role in our mission
- Respond to inbound calls from healthcare providers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist providers with questions related to claims, benefits, authorizations, and other service needs.
- Accurately document call details and follow established processes to resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with providers and internal teams.
- Deliver service with a patient, positive, and solution-oriented attitude.
What we're looking for
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Professional telephone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes.
- Positive, patient, and team-oriented mindset.
What you should expect in this role
- This position is onsite in Baton Rouge, LA, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid schedule after initial training and performance review.
- Harver Assessment Requirement: As part of our interview process, all candidates must complete the Harver Assessment. This assessment helps us evaluate key competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
- Work Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

The pay range for this position is $33,500.00 - $47,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
