Summary

The Claims Review Nurse assists with gathering and/or validating patient data such as demographics, medication history, and patient consent.

Your role in our mission

Supports 24x7 patient care management services via patient outreach center leveraging telephone, text, or video communications. Manages required timekeeping processes and facilitates associated reporting.
Implements comprehensive patient care plans, including guidance on establishing attainable treatment goals that are closely monitored to gauge progress.
Ensures continuity of care with a practitioner or member of the care team. Provides follow-up services after a health event to ease patient transitions among healthcare providers and facilities.
Provides process improvement suggestions to management to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of company products and solutions.

What we're looking for

Active and not expired nursing license from any state required
2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
Experience working with healthcare, Medicaid/Medicare, or medical insurance documents preferred
Good communication and time management skills

This position is based in our Baton Rouge, Louisiana office and will require regularly working from this location.

The pay range for this position is $33,400.00 - $47,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
