Manager Service Delivery

Manages and oversees operations of service delivery teams on small to medium sized accounts to ensure that products and services are delivered in accordance with agreed upon business solution goals and objectives.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Accountable for the successful delivery of the Applications Project portfolio
  • Acts as the account focal point for all project delivery.
  • Co-ordinates solutioning activity
  • Manages resourcing to deliver the application project portfolio
  • Supports the achievement of the Account sell and bill target
  • Ensures accurate demand forecasting
  • Governs the portfolio and operates the defined escalation process
  • Acts as the point of contact to the extended team (e. g. solutioning, design, offering domain leads)
  • Ensures compliance with the standard PM processes and tools across all project services
  • Support and drive implementation of productivity programs such to improve overall cost
  • Works with the ADL to do the financial forecast of application resources for projects.
  • Consolidates the estimation for all new application projects and responsible for providing these to the ADL
  • Work with ITO leader to follow ITSM processes at the account
  • Work with PMO to complete projects successfully
  • Working with the Chief Architect ensures technical standards are adhered to.
  • Works with the Chief Architect to provide technical direction and leadership
  • Ensures new processes and initiatives are institutionalized by project team.
  • Identifies process improvement items.
  • Ensures completion of all technical work products.
  • Identifies any new issues, evaluates their impact to the program, and escalates irresolvable issues.
  • Ensures that adequate time is provided to individuals involved with developing and/or reviewing estimate documentation and deliverables.
  • Account Leadership

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
  • Nine or more years of support services, project, or program experience
  • Five or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience working with the technology industry
  • Experience working with company products and operating systems
