Your role in our mission

 

Design your career for growth, new possibilities and refining your valuable skills:​

 

  • Lead and assist Unit Director with analysis, reviews, and process improvements in the realm of Medicaid systems (MCO/FFS Provider Network Analysis, Waiver Analysis, and MCO Performance accountability). 
  • Geographical Accessibility Network reporting
  • Preparation of Federal reporting (gathering data, interpreting data, presenting data from multiple sources and formats
  • Research and review of regulatory language and rules
  • Knowledgeable of MCO Contract and provide suggestions on contract changes and updates
  • Assist with development of new and enforcement of existing process flows and unit operating procedures
  • Developing test plans and software documentation to support code modifications and additions
  • Debugging existing unit software
  • Reviewing code to ensure best practices are in place

     

What we're looking for

 

6+ years of design, development, testing ans support of MS Access and Visual Basic databases and applications

 

  • Experience with technical skills such as but not limited to:
    • Work independently to maintain, troubleshoot, debug and support existing MS Access and VBA applications
    • Develop VBA code in MS Office to automate data collection and integration processes
    • Develop Access Databases including tables, queries, forms, and report
    • Develop VBA programs to perform tasks automatically
    • Analyze complex data to develop automated reporting with VBA and Excel (formulas/tables/graphs) 

 

  • Proficient with soft skills such as but not limited to:
    • Write clear and constructive comments, during development, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    • Effectively communicate, to managers and team members, technical and business issues
    • Help provide recommendations and design changes to improve processes
    • Work with changing priorities and communicate well with management and usersStrong written and verbal communication skills English
    • Easy to work with, friendly, positive attitude
    • Perform other duties and projects as necessary and assigned, such as data entry

 

What you should expect in this role

 

  • HYBRID ROLE:  Telecommute from home with some onsite required at the office in Trenton, NJ 08625
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
