Your role in our mission

Supervise and coordinate activities of claims representatives, examiners, and support staff. Support temporary services or expand team support long term.
Utilizes critical thinking and analytical expertise to analyze claims data and make recommendations to drive increase auto adjudication and improved processing
Contributes to and develop business and operational strategies to improve efficiency, optimize profitability and maintain client satisfaction, as well as meet corporate objectives and goals.
Monitor workloads, workflows, and productivity to ensure timely and accurate claims processing. Ensure SLAs are compliant across any supporting states, functions
Monitors and drives efficient operations and productivity of the unit

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-year post-high school Degree, or bachelor’s degree.
Must have four (4) years of experience in a claim processing setting.
Must have government healthcare or private sector healthcare claims experience in the processing of Medicaid claims.
Knowledge of Claims processing (Preferred)
Experience working with proper claims handling, policies and procedures

The pay range for this position is $50,600.00 - $72,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
