Summary
The Provider Services/Customer Service Representative supports healthcare and Medicaid providers through telephone, written, and system-based communications. This role is responsible for resolving provider inquiries, processing updates, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting established performance standards.
Your role in our mission
- Answer incoming provider calls and resolve basic to moderately complex inquiries, routing calls when necessary.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on and resolve provider requests.
- Process member updates and verify the accuracy and completeness of records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and production goals while maintaining accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve service issues and maintain professional communication.
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer software.
- Ability to work independently, follow written and verbal instructions, and manage multiple priorities.
- Healthcare, Medicaid, call center, customer service, provider services, or member services experience preferred.
What you should expect in this role
- Hours of operation: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Employees participate in a rotating schedule and work the late shift until 5:30 PM approximately once per month.
- This position may require some on-site in PA/Camp Hill for training purposes.
- Ability to multitask, following assignments worked and completed simultaneously as directed by leadership

The pay range for this position is $38,400.00 - $54,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
