Job Description

Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of assignments/tasks. Works on assignments that can be moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment.  Under limited supervision, provides administrative support to several departments. Performs specialized administrative support and duties as appropriate for department.

•    Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instruction on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments
•    Performs office duties for departments such as faxing/scanning, entering information into spreadsheets/databases, compiling and analyzing simple data, report generation, and filing
•    Coordinates outgoing department correspondence; may create original correspondence; assembles, addresses and distributes documents to appropriate personnel
•    Orders office and computer supplies as needed in order to ensure adequate supply
•    Researches and responds timely to routine inquiries
•    Create purchase orders and acknowledge receipt
•    Ability to work in a fast past environment 
•    Create client invoices

Basic Qualifications
•    High school diploma or G.E.D.
•    Two or more years of administrative assistance experience
•    Experience working with administrative practices and procedures
•    Experience working with writing style such as grammar, sentence form, and structure
•    Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, and Word

•    Good communication and time management skills
•    Office equipment skills such as faxing and photocopying
•    Good personal computer skills
•    Good interpersonal skills for answering email and communicating with all levels of employee
•    Good organization skills to balance work and prioritize tasks
•    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•    Completes complex tasks, assignments, and defined processes with some level of independence
•    Multiple assignments worked and completed simultaneously as directed by leadership
•    Identifies, prioritizes, follows up on, and resolves most questions and issues independently
•    Answers questions of peers
•    Escalates more complex questions or issues timely and appropriately
•    Complies with contract requirements, business unit rules and related industry and legal regulations
•    High attention to detail
