Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions(CRM).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements.
Customize and configure CRM solutions to meet business needs.
Develop plugins, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Dynamics 365 platform.
Perform system Unit testing and validation procedures.
Perform Data Conversions when required.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Experience with C#.NET, and JavaScript.
Experience with Power Apps Development for Extensions
Experience with Flow in Power Automate
Experience with Power BI for the Reports
Good to have experience in NICE inContact CXone, Gabby Software
Strong understanding of CRM workflows and configuration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
