Procurement Executive

Summary

As an Procurement Executive at Gainwell, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and compliant procurement operations. You will manage validation and creation of Worker Profile (credential) records for both T&M and Fixed Fee SOW Contractors. While performing this role, you are required to identify gaps and escalate, provide simple solutions to the problem to excel in the role.

Your role in our mission

•    Handling SAP Fieldglass operations, including onboarding/offboarding, approvals, deliverables, and invoice tracking, etc
•    Working across multiple Fieldglass modules (Contingent, Services, Worker Profile) and supporting the contract lifecycle
•    Collaborating with sourcing, project, and category teams on worker profile creation, work  order creation and execution
•    Validate the data received from the business owners in on-boarding contractors 
•    Process the clean requests in a timely manner so that the metrics are met always – TAT & Accuracy
•    Question the business owners about the cleanliness of the data they provide and educate/train them on the required process for future requests submissions
•    Ensuring timely coordination with suppliers, finance, and receiving teams to drive seamless procurement activities.

What we're looking for

• Any Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in any procurement related activities, and added advantage for SAP Fieldglass experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and outcome-focused professionals with strong follow-through skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Need to be flexible and ready to work US time zone shifts (5 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST or 6 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST). No rotational shifts in place
