Product Developer

Summary

Supports the full life cycle of product development processes for creating new products and services; provides in-depth knowledge of technical products or families of technologies. Addresses complex business and technical product integration issues.

Essential Job Functions

Understand business requirements and develop it in Databricks, Pyspark, AWS, Python and follow Agile methodology, participate in scrum ceremonies.
Collaborates with testers to ensure defect free results.
Coordinates documentation reviews and remediation with the module SMEs and the implementation team.
Participates in technical reviews and inspections to verify 'intent of change' is carried out through the entire project.
Assists in providing time estimates for project-related tasks.
Assists in developing the methods and procedures required to identify if current business goals and objectives meet organizational needs.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field preferred
At least 5 years of Databricks, Pyspark Development experience

Desired Skills

Candidate with US Healthcare Medicaid knowledge is preferred
Strong MS SQL Development skills
AWS knowledge
Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
Good communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Presentation skills to present to management and customers
Personal computer and business solutions software skills
Good ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members
Expertise in Microsoft Word
