Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Cloud Analytics team at Gainwell Technologies and support building market-leading products. The analytics group is responsible for the design and deployment of analytics platforms and solutions to support Gainwell clients. Drive operational strategies and collaborate on direction, strategy, planning, prioritization, and ongoing drive of the global change and release framework. We are looking for a cross-functional senior professional- Release management with analytics background.

Your role in our mission

    Lead Release Governance: Drive a scalable release framework with a continuous delivery mindset across global, cross-functional teams.
    Manage Release Calendar: Own and coordinate the enterprise release schedule to ensure timely and smooth deployments.
    Oversee Change & Risk: Manage all change activities and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans for releases of all sizes.
    Ensure Deployment Readiness: Define and enforce CI/CD pipelines, deployment and rollback strategies, and governance models.
    Resolve Deployment Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve conflicts or failures during deployment phases.
    Foster Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, support, and business teams to align on scope, cadence, and delivery.
    Drive Communication: Deliver clear, consistent communication and status updates to stakeholders at all levels.
    Ensure Operational Readiness: Work with Support and Operations teams to validate readiness and maintain audit-compliant documentation.
    Measure & Improve: Define key metrics, lead retrospectives, and drive continuous improvement through automation and best practices.
    Support Agile Planning: Actively participate in Capability Stand-Ups and PI Planning to align release scope with program goals.

What we're looking for

• •    Master’s degree in computer science or similar related field such as IT or computer engineering
  •    Minimum 12- 14 years of experience in release management required. 
  •    In depth knowledge of development lifecycle, environment strategies and release process.
  •    Proven ability to manage complex release schedules and environments. 
  •    Strong experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies. 
  •    Good Experience in Programming Languages like Python, Java are a plus. 
  •    Strong leadership and team management skills both onsite and offshore.
  •    Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities. 
  •    Analytics & Healthcare domain knowledge are preferred. 
  •    AWS, Azure (DevOps Expert etc.,) certifications mandatory
