Your role in our mission

SAP Ariba Expertise:

• Comprehensive understanding of procurement processes within SAP Ariba.
• Ability to design, configure, and optimize Ariba workflows.
• Expertise in sourcing, contract management, supplier management, and procurement operations.
• Experience with Ariba Network and integration with ERP systems.
• Proven experience in managing parallel project implementations and production support activities, ensuring timely resolution of Incidents and Service Requests, prioritization of work, and adherence to SLA and ITSM processes.

SAP Fieldglass Proficiency:

• Deep knowledge of contingent workforce management and services procurement.
• Expertise in configuring Fieldglass for various procurement scenarios.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Experience with Fieldglass integration and data migration.
• Proven experience in managing parallel project implementations and production support activities, ensuring timely resolution of Incidents and Service Requests, prioritization of work, and adherence to SLA and ITSM processes.

Technical Configuration and Customization:

• Proficient in SAP configuration, including defining procurement processes, supplier onboarding, and catalog management.
• Ability to customize SAP modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Experience with SAP enhancement techniques such as user exits, BAdIs, and custom reports.

Integration and Data Migration:

• Expertise in integrating SAP Ariba and Fieldglass with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and third-party systems.
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques, including LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) and BDC (Batch Data Communication).

Reporting and Analytics:

• Proficient in creating and managing procurement reports using SAP tools such as SAP BW (Business Warehouse) and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Ability to develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

Project Management:

• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Experience with SAP project methodologies such as ASAP and Activate.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Problem-Solving and Innovation:

• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges.
• Ability to drive process improvements and implement innovative solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP GUI and Fiori applications.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA and S/4HANA environments.
• Basic understanding of ABAP and CIG programming for troubleshooting and enhancements.
