• Ensure that platform engineering teams follow SAFe and Agile practices, mentoring and motivating teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making, and eliminating impediments impacting delivery. 
• Have a strong understanding of Agile practices and the ability to effectively manage and mentor platform engineering teams working on infrastructure automation, cloud migration, and shared services. 
• Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver platform solutions that enable faster environment provisioning and CI/CD automation. 
• Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items across multiple platform initiatives. 
• Schedule and facilitate key SAFe events such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops for the Platform ART. 
• Monitor progress and performance of platform deliverables and help teams improve predictability and throughput. 
• Plan and organize demos for platform capabilities and coordinate system/integration testing across environments. 
• Ensure proper use of collaborative processes and remove impediments for platform teams, including dependency management across product teams. 
• Track project processes, deliverables, and financials for platform initiatives. 
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders on environment readiness, automation progress, and release train health.

What we're looking for

• Overall experience should be minimum 15 years. 
• 9+ years of relevant IT experience in SAFe and Agile delivery at scale. 
• Proven experience as an RTE guiding Agile teams in delivering platform engineering solutions such as cloud services, infrastructure automation, and DevOps enablement. 
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle conflict situations, problem-solving, and collaboration across multiple teams. 
• Extensive experience with Agile methodology and SAFe framework. 
• Experience managing complex platform projects or programs through a full lifecycle, including budget development, control, and assurance. 
• Familiarity with platform engineering concepts such as cloud migration (AWS/Azure), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Jenkins), and automation tools (Ansible). 
• Shift Timing: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM IST.
