The work is limited to application development and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.
Your role in our mission
Essential Job Functions
- Leads large local or global teams on complex application testing projects that may pose significant functional or technical challenges and include heavy customization or configuration.
- Leads in defining test cases and writing test scripts from business requirements documentation to confirm that the system meets business objectives.
- Researches, learns, applies and distributes information regarding quality assurance and testing tools, techniques, and market trends.
- Provides input to project estimates during the sales cycle and development of project documentation (project plans, design documents).
- Participates in developing new testing tools, knowledge products and standards.
- Assists professional services and sales teams in understanding software product line functions and capabilities.
- Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 8 Years of Extensive hands-on experience required on Manual Testing concepts.
- Extensive hands-on experience required in performing Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Retesting, Smoke Testing, Risk-based Testing.
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in Selenium Java Automation.
- Good hands-on experience required in Test Case Design Techniques.
- Good hands-on Knowledge required of test management tools like Azure DevOps (TFS).
- Basic hands-on knowledge required on Web Service Testing using tools like Soap UI, and Postman.
- Basic hands-on knowledge required on SQL Database Testing.
- Should be good at demonstrating Good Team player skills like Team Collaboration, Ability to communicate easily with a diverse group of people, and innovation at the workplace.
- Good to have working experience in Accessibility Testing (508 Compliance) using Wave/NVDA/AXE tools.
- Good to have working experience on Agile methodology and Sprint iterations.
- Good to have working experience on the Healthcare insurance domain.
- Experience in testing claims processes in US healthcare is highly desirable. Familiarity with claims workflows and validation logic will be an advantage.
