Your role in our mission

• Plans and executes the analysis of the testing requirements of a project in order to define and write a Testing Strategy and Test Plans.
• Prepares estimates for the level of effort for large testing projects including number of resources and duration of time needed to complete the project as well as provides input to the master schedule.
• Represents testing as a leader within the internal and client-facing leadership teams.
• Provides burndowns, metrics and status reporting for project testing to the leadership team on a daily/weekly basis.
• Conducts daily stand-up meetings with test leads and testers to provide direction and review status.
• Mentors test leads and test team members as needed to comply with testing standards and provide guidance on testing issues and questions
