Your role in our mission

Job Duties:

• Plan and undertake end-to-end test activities such as test effort estimation, test script development, test automation, test execution & defects management.
• Create and execute appropriate quality plans, test strategies, and processes for development activities in
• Design, document, manage and execute test cases.
• Understand E2E flows and create E2E test cases.
• Work closely with Development Team & PMs to understand product use cases and ensure the solution solves end-user use cases.
• Perform ad hoc, regression testing of application whenever required and report defects.
• Create test scripts for issues reported in the System.
• Communicate progress and escalate issues precisely to the management in a timely manner.
• Review test cases and automate wherever possible.
• Educate team members on test automation and drive AI adoption.
• Contribute/Maintain test automation framework development.
• Monitor daily automation runs, analyze reports, share metrics with the Team.

What we're looking for

Skills/Experiences:

• 2 – 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in Manual/Functional/System testing
• US Healthcare knowledge especially Provider and Claims.
• Strong QA Automation engineer who can lead end-to-end test activities that includes regression, automation, defect management.
• Build test automation and drive adoption of key initiatives and frameworks.
• Experience on any of the automation tool
