Your role in our mission
Technical Expertise & Essential Job Functions
- Working experience and expertise in the following technologies:
- C#, C++, .NET Framework, WEB API, Web Services, SQL
- Specialized in both front-end & back-end
- Exposure to Cloud-based technologies like Azure / AWS
- Code, test, debug, implement, and documents programs. Assist in the modification of company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-user
- Gather information from the system, analyze program and time requirements, and prepare documentation to change existing programs
- Research and analyze existing systems and program requirements, under periodic supervision
- Recommend specific product configurations to assist with overall system design and integration
- Configure, implement, and provide complex product support activities to meet client needs
- Design programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs
- Write specifications for programs of moderate to high complexity
- Assist in resolving production problems. Develop and suggest alternative approaches to resolving problems
- Develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. Identify issues as appropriate
- Create appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation
- Conduct quality assurance activities such as peer reviews
- Complex SQL work experience and query tuning expertise
- Exposure to U.S. Healthcare domain is a plus
- 7+ years of hands on development experience
Qualifications & Ability
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Experience working with relevant software packages or classes of packages, and products within area of technical expertise
- Good in technical design skills
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, support personnel, and management
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work
- Good documentation skills with knowledge of MS Word and Excel to document things like unit testing scripts and results
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn rapidly
Work Environment
- Office/Hybrid/Remote environment
- Will require late evening work to overlap 4 to 5 U.S. workday hours [Central Time Zone]
