Summary
As a US Technical Sourcing Specialist at Gainwell, you’ll be instrumental in driving our recruitment success by building strong talent pipelines, identifying exceptional candidates, and supporting our U.S.-based recruiters and hiring managers. Your work will directly impact on our ability to meet critical hiring goals and scale our technical workforce.
Your role in our mission
• Partner with U.S. recruiters and hiring managers to understand open technical roles and ideal candidate profiles
• Source, screen, and engage candidates across the U.S. using platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, and niche developer forums
• Craft and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Use Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified profiles
• Write personalized outreach messages to foster candidate engagement
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in our ATS (SAP SuccessFactors)
• Promote Gainwell Technologies’ employer brand across sourcing channels
• Provide feedback and insights to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes
• Support workforce planning by aligning candidate skills with organizational needs
• Participate in staffing meetings to stay aligned with business priorities
• Track and report on sourcing activity, candidate engagement, and referral metrics
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 3–5 years in IT sourcing or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on the U.S. market
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with roles and technologies such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Java, .NET, Oracle, SAP, Embedded, Linux, and UNIX
• Sourcing Expertise: Skilled in Boolean search, passive sourcing, and using platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, and developer communities
• ATS Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and Candidate Management Systems
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to engage and attract passive candidates
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and accuracy in maintaining candidate records and reports
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple sourcing assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Compliance Awareness: Understanding of U.S. recruiting policies and procedures, including EEO and ADA guidelines
• Cultural Fluency: Comfortable navigating cross-cultural communication and expectations in the U.S. hiring landscape
