Summary
We are seeking a talented individual for a Manager Application Development who provides strategy, roadmap and delivery of software systems for the enterprise using agile methodologies and cloud native architecture. This role will interact with senior business leadership to communicate and articulate technology roadmap, ROI, trends and emerging technologies. This position is a role that depends on excellent Microsoft .Net C# and TSQL skills and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.This role is strictly involved in the development/management of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application development/management and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.
Your role in our mission
Essential Responsibilities:
- Participate with other senior leaders to translate strategic plans and goals into tactical plans and objectives for setting priorities. Be the decision maker for administrative or operational matters and ensure objectives are effectively achieved.
- Build and realize the strategy and lead internal business management functions for the organization, as well as guide the future growth and development of the organization
- Ability to facilitate dialogue and retrospectives with a diverse group of stakeholders and to review feedback to drive continuous improvement in tools, practices and processes within the organization
- Contribute to the overall architectural strategy of the IT organization. Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and best practices.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years' experience with running medium to large/complex projects or teams with multiple interactions and dependencies
- In-depth and strong technical skills in working with Microsoft .Net or DotNet Core, C#, WCF,SQL, Web API, LINQ, Azure/AWS and Azure DevOps.
- In-depth and strong technical skills on DevOps/CICD with source control tools such as GitHub and Microsoft’s Visual Studio Code, C# and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong history of performing code reviews and code walk-thru’s with developers, leading and guiding less experienced developers in best practices and strong development practices.
- In-depth data analytical skills with working knowledge on Microsoft SQL Server and a strong command of the TSQL language.
- Extensive people leadership experience in a large organization with layers of management directly reporting
- Demonstrated ability to define and communicate strategy and vision and influence across the Enterprise is essential

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Information science required.
- 10+ years of experience in IT with Health Care background
- Experience with the design and development of complex systems and demonstrate strong logical and complex technical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with managing large sized team (15+)
- Will require late evening work to overlap US work hours.
