Your role in our mission
- Manage all pharmacy projects as Gainwell helps the client deliver real time pharmacy services through technology and innovation.
- Lead several pharmacy project teams by breaking down bigger technological programs and assisting with project staffing.
- Spearhead pharmacy project planning, tracking and oversight of assigned staff by providing direction and deadlines to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate/interface directly with the client, company, and account leadership, measuring and sharing project metrics/status; recommend program changes as needed.
- Create pharmacy project schedules, program definitions, budgets, and objectives to ensure the quality of project deliverables across all phases.
- Actively project manage across non-direct reports by quickly escalating any risks and implementing risk mitigation solutions.
What we're looking for
- Six (6) or more years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives through a full project management life cycle.
- 2 years of the management experience with a Medicaid Fiscal Agent POS project.
- Knowledge of and experience managing and meeting SLAs.
- Ability to lead and translate the broader objectives of a program into clear and achievable project scope and milestones that can be worked toward.
- Healthcare/business knowledge in member, eligibility, TPL, claims processing, provider, real time POS pharmacy claims.

- Candidate selected will be required to attend in person meetings upon client request
- Candidate selected must be able to work Eastern Time Zone
- Travel up to 30%

The pay range for this position is $77,100.00 - $110,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
