Summary

As a Senior Assistant Field Technician at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use your programming and analytical skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. Your role in our mission

 

  • Provides on-site field support to customers including installation, and servicing and repairing of systems and equipment.
  • Answers customer questions and resolves issues. Refers other issues/questions to appropriate personnel/service area/manager for follow up, testing and troubleshooting.
  • Assists in instructing customers in the operation and maintenance of systems/equipment.
  • Acts as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
  • Performs analyses and prepares reports on system problem trends and issues.
  • Performs testing of the final product and works with the client's engineers to assure that the product performs as planned.
  • Assists in the design of basic technical programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs.
  • Creating/Modifying AD groups, State Users accounts, and service accounts for application development

What we're looking for

 

  • Five or more years of experience of proven ability to install and configure new IT equipment, perform PC Refresh, deploy new hire installs of equipment, PC moves, retirement and pickup of devices set for retirement.
  • Strong experience in installation of new hardware for customers, such as new monitors, docking stations, or keyboards.
  • Diagnoses and resolving software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows 10), Windows Administration and across a range of software applications on the client machine
  • Basic printer troubleshooting and maintenance for all office printers including daily/weekly/monthly print request processing for high-capacity printers.
  • Five or more years of experience in ServiceNow.

What you should expect in this role

Candidate must be located in Colorado, onsite position. 

 

The pay range for this position is $33,400.00 - $47,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
