Summary
A candidate in this role will be working with a team to assemble a high-impact and wide-reaching curriculum of eLearning modules, webinars, and other learning offerings. They will have experience in the healthcare industry in insurance, provider, IT, operations, or administration. The role will involve interfacing with subject matter experts and other members of the training team to develop and deliver training projects. The training team follows project standards and approved styles and assures the quality of content output through self-checks, peer reviews, and functional testing of the training methods.
Your role in our mission
- Use your excellent public presentation and speaking skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate in small groups to relay critical information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Use your industry knowledge for specific training needs to create engaging learning activities and course content using a variety of authoring tools.
- Use your passion for working collaboratively to find creative and effective ways to educate varying audiences on technical and healthcare related topics.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or other related discipline
- Experience in learning development/training environment, with excellent spelling, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Ability to apply strong visual style elements to E-learning
- Attention to detail and strong organization skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks related to project timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and instructional design authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc).
What you should expect in this role
- To perform research on various course topics to ensure content created is accurate and learner focused.
- To periodically conduct course evaluations, analyze feedback, and incorporate recommendations for innovative learning solutions to improve course content and program effectiveness.
- To develop and fact check content based on their own knowledge, as well as information from source materials, topic outline, subject matter experts, previous training courses, etc.
- To develop interactive, learner-centered, e-learning modules
- To Build and maintain strong client relationships.

The pay range for this position is $51,700.00 - $73,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
