Your role in our mission:
Associate Cycle Monitor must be willing to do 24x7 rotating Shift Work – these are the shifts they would need to be working. It would be for one of the three following shifts:

7 AM to 3 PM -- 3 PM to 11 PM -- 11 PM to 7 AM (specific days will be determined)
40 hours per week, and some overtime. Times are Eastern Time.

Innovation begins with design and leads to solutions that help our clients deliver better health and human services outcomes. In this position you will:
•    Provides basic design documents and translates them into component-level designs to accelerate development. Design develops, and distributes reusable technical components.
•    Provides design expertise in support of development team efforts to provide flexible reusable components to increase cost-effectiveness. Analyzes, designs, and modifies applications and suites of applications to ensure satisfaction with customer specifications.
•    Acts as liaison between application architects and development teams to ensure that product development and implementation are coordinated.
•    Conducts technical research and evaluation of tools and methodologies to ensure that designs adhere to current industry, client, and company standards. Assists in developing technical documentation; participates in test-plan development, integration, and deployment.
•    Defines and develops project requirements, functional specifications, and detailed designs of application solutions for clients using appropriate development methodologies and industry standards.
•    Works closely with appropriate client management level and engineering team members to assist in designing applications that meet client and industry specifications.
•    Assists product development teams and senior designers in developing design requirements that are accurate and relevant to company needs.
•    Participates in selecting, acquiring, configuring, and troubleshooting packaged solutions and technical infrastructure components.

What we are looking for:
•    Proficiency with programming languages and SQL queries
•    Basic understanding of databases and how to navigate them
•    Basic knowledge of AutoSys. UNIX command-line tools, bash scripting, and Windows administration
•    Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms. (ex. Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services)

What you should expect in this role:
•    Remote work
•    Will participate as a member of the cycle support team. 
•    Applies growing technical knowledge to provide first-level troubleshooting of technical systems using documentation and learned procedures.


The pay range for this position is $38,400.00 - $54,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
