Summary
As the PMO Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the project management office, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will lead a team of project managers and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and strategic direction to ensure the successful execution of projects across the organization.
Your role in our mission
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Strategy:
o Develop and implement PMO strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
o Lead and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators.
o Align project objectives with organizational goals and strategies.
• Project Oversight:
o Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
o Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
o Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stakeholder Management:
o Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
o Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
o Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Process Improvement:
o Continuously improve project management processes and tools.
o Implement and maintain project management software and systems.
o Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
• Risk Management:
o Identify and mitigate project risks.
o Develop contingency plans and ensure risk management practices are followed.
What we're looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP or similar project management certification required.
• Proven experience in project management and leading a PMO.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Medicaid or healthcare industry preferred
• Experience using Jira, MS Office and MS Project
• Ability to analyze requirements to ensure scope is being met on projects.
• Extensive consulting experience, technical or business lead on projects and/or any prior leadership role would be beneficial
What you should expect in this role
- On-site position at our Indianapolis, IN office
- Opportunity to travel 0% - 10%

The pay range for this position is $82,700.00 - $118,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
