Summary
Join Gainwell Technologies and help us deliver exceptional accuracy and service across our provider enrollment operations. As a Provider Enrollment Quality Professional, you will evaluate and monitor the quality of provider enrollment transactions and communications to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, payer requirements, and internal policies. You’ll play a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting process improvements, and driving operational excellence within our provider enrollment teams.
Your role in our mission
• Conduct quality reviews of provider enrollment applications, maintenance, and renewals to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Monitor team performance and documentation standards, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with enrollment leadership and staff to share quality findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and analyze reports highlighting trends, root causes, and compliance gaps.
• Support calibration sessions, training, and procedural updates to ensure consistency and adherence to established policies.
What we're looking for
• 3+ years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, healthcare operations, or quality assurance.
• Working knowledge of Medicaid or Medicare provider enrollment processes, regulations, and payer requirements.
• Experience with enrollment systems such as PECOS, CAQH, or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate findings effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to process or regulatory changes.

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
