Your role in our mission

Acts as a liaison between the Medicaid Agency and the provider community.
Prepares and conduct provider educational training/workshops for all provider types.
Provides training to the provider community and acts as liaison with our internal departments and the customer to implement programs that are necessary for the Medicaid program.
Performs outreach to providers and the provider community; Works with the customer and the provider community to grow participation in the program.
Applies knowledge of established policies and procedures to resolve provider issues and to work with the customer to ensure compliance.

What we're looking for

One to three years’ experience with Indiana Medicaid.
Strong analytical skills and customer relations skills. Organizational and time management skills. Communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Medical background claims experience and/or experience with Indiana Medicaid highly desirable.
Ability to analyze reports and identify trends which could identify billing problems.
Willingness to travel.

The pay range for this position is $54,300 - $77,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
