Your role in our mission

• Acts as a liaison between the Medicaid Agency and the provider community.
• Skill in all aspects of the claims and provider enrollment arenas.
• Performs outreach to providers and the provider community; Assists with the Provider Recruitment plan agenda.
• Applies knowledge of established policies and procedures to resolve provider issues and to work with the customer to ensure compliance.

What we're looking for

• One to three years’ experience with Indiana Medicaid.
• Strong analytical skills and customer relations skills. Organizational and time management skills. Communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Medical background claims experience and/or experience with Indiana Medicaid highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze reports and identify trends which could identify billing problems.
• Assist Field Consultants with daily duties including emails and voicemails and covering regions for absences, analyzing data, and ability to be cross-trained across different business units as needed.
