Your role in our mission
- Acts as a liaison between the Medicaid Agency and the provider community.
- Skill in all aspects of the claims and provider enrollment arenas.
- Performs outreach to providers and the provider community; Assists with the Provider Recruitment plan agenda.
- Applies knowledge of established policies and procedures to resolve provider issues and to work with the customer to ensure compliance.
What we're looking for
- One to three years’ experience with Indiana Medicaid.
- Strong analytical skills and customer relations skills. Organizational and time management skills. Communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Medical background claims experience and/or experience with Indiana Medicaid highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze reports and identify trends which could identify billing problems.
- Assist Field Consultants with daily duties including emails and voicemails and covering regions for absences, analyzing data, and ability to be cross-trained across different business units as needed.

The pay range for this position is $54,300.00 - $77,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
