Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leader to oversee our Provider Services operations. This strategic role is responsible for leading key functions including Provider Relations, Provider Enrollment, Publications, and Training. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in service delivery, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence in a client-facing environment.
Your role in our mission
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams across provider relations, enrollment, publications, and training.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing engagements, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve provider experience and streamline service delivery processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to align service delivery with organizational goals.
- Maintain a collaborative team environment where innovation, accountability, and growth are encouraged.
- Oversee performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional development within the team.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in provider services, healthcare operations, or service delivery.
- Proven success in managing client relationships and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of provider enrollment, and training program development.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Medicaid processes, provider relations, enrollment, claims, and inventory management.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement operational improvements.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
○ Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week). - New employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.

- For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.

The pay range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
