Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Drug Rebate Analyst to support operations related to Medicaid Drug Rebates. You’ll play a key role in resolving disputes, processing claims, and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. This is a hybrid position based in West Sacramento, with an initial in-office onboarding period.
Your role in our mission
As a Drug Rebate Analyst, you will:

Facilitate the resolution of drug rebate disputes with manufacturers and providers

Analyze claims, track payments, and prepare accurate documentation

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to reconcile discrepancies

Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA and Medicaid requirements

Contribute to team efficiency through detailed research and problem-solving
What we're looking for

Certified Pharmacy Technician or equivalent experience in pharmacy, billing, or healthcare operations

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Familiarity with pharmacy/medical claims or rebate programs

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage priorities and resolve issues independently

Hybrid schedule: On-site for the first month; then in-office M/W/F each week

Standard hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility for early start

The pay range for this position is $31,400.00 - $44,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
