Summary
The Document Processing Specialist is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of confidential documents in a mailroom setting. The selected candidate will demonstrate strong data entry skills, adaptability to current scanning processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. This is an onsite position located at 1350 North Parker Drive, Suite 200, Janesville, WI 53545.
Your role in our mission
- Participate productively as an integral member of the team, ensuring workflow efficiency.
- Perform tasks beyond general support, contributing to the success of mailroom operations.
- Manage assignments independently with minimal detailed direction, accepting and acting on leadership instructions.
- Identify, prioritize, and independently resolve issues as they arise, escalating more complex matters as needed.
- Comply with contract requirements, business unit protocols, and all relevant legal regulations.
- Support overall departmental goals with a proactive and adaptable approach.
What we're looking for
- Typically 1-2 years of experience in data entry, document processing, mailroom operations, or related fields.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Word.
- Experience with 10-key number pad is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to policies and regulations consistently.
- Demonstrated adaptability, critical thinking, and the ability to work on tasks with limited oversight from leadership.

The pay range for this position is $28,500.00 - $40,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
