Your role in our mission
Take charge and focus on how we can meet critical needs to help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes.
- Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client business priorities
- Demonstrate your knowledge as SME and liaison for clients and internally between technical and non-technical workers to transform requirements into real results
- Delegate work across teams, and coach and monitor project team members to plan, design and improve complex business processes and modifications
- Streamline workflows across clients and technical personnel to determine, document and oversee carrying out system requirements
- Support quality control as you approve and validate test results to verify that all requirements have been met
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position
- 8+ years of State-level Medicaid experience with Member Eligibility and Claims Payments
- Demonstrated ability to articulate knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and LTSS Programs and Services
- Demonstrated ability to interpret high level requirements and translate them into detailed functional, technical specifications and Testable Systems Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to develop, execute and direct Medicaid Systems Testing
- Demonstrated experience in Client Facing roles for Systems Development and Testing Activities
- Strong client communication skills, including the ability to translate customer requests and State Health Policies into actionable objectives
- Polished executive presence and communication skills to deliver messages to business leaders, clients and technical personnel
- Leadership to train, guide and mentor the work of junior colleagues
- Experience in performing requirements traceability management (RTM)
- Advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., ability to create and use pivot tables)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ALM and AI
- Technical writing skills
Preferred skills and experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting or working within Healthcare Case Management
- 3+ years of experience supporting or working within Medicaid Provider Management, Managed Care or Financial areas
- Proficiency in Visio
- PowerBI

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
